on weight and actual time of shipment.

Warranty:

Stair Fittings, Inc. guarantees all the products we sell to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Our warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part only. Credit will not be issued for labor, installation or finishing of any replacement parts. Improper use or installation of our products voids all warranty obligations. Our stair parts are for interior use only!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Prior approval must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Returns are limited to merchandise purchased during the past 90 days and must be in good saleable condition. Merchandise approved for return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return freight. Items that have been installed, painted, or modified for any reason may not be returned. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Stair Fittings prior to returning goods in order to ensure proper credit and acceptance of returns. RGA is valid for 30 days. After an order has been prepared for shipping, no changes or modifications are allowed, unless approved by Customer Service.
